Home: Welcome

Twenty-five years of experience means something. Twenty-five years of success means more.

Arthur Feldman has successfully represented clients of all stripes in adversarial settings since 1991.

Mr. Feldman tries a variety of cases before federal and state courts and arbitration panels, winning several seven figure judgments and arbitration awards for businesses and individuals.  Mr. Feldman's skills as a trial lawyer and strategist apply across a broad spectrum of cases.  He handles and tries partnership and trust disputes, corporate governance and minority shareholder claims, business and contract disputes, medical malpractice and personal injury claims, commercial arbitrations, international arbitrations, claims against foreign sovereigns, copyright and intellectual property claims, construction and property disputes, and executive employment disputes.  The firm's clients include individuals, doctors, artists, and small business owners to large organizations and trusts, including several “Fortune 500” companies.

In 2018, Mr. Feldman decided to work for himself again, re-opening Arthur S. Feldman, P.C., which he founded in 1996.  The firm is currently accepting a limited number of engagements in serious, complex cases - the kind he enjoys handling the most. Mr. Feldman would welcome the opportunity to discuss providing his counsel and advice to you.  If the case is a fit, you will be in good hands.

Mr. Feldman received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest available, which reflects the reputation Mr. Feldman enjoys with peers, judges, and clients.

Mr. Feldman served as the Managing Editor of the University of Texas Law Review and then as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph T. Sneed, Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal, before beginning his practice in the private sector.

Mr. Feldman is married with three children.  When he is not trying cases or spending time with his family, Mr. Feldman enjoys swimming, fishing, and especially hunting with his Spinone Italiano bird dogs, “Leo” and “Rocky.”
