Attorney Profile
Arthur S. Feldman
Arthur S. Feldman, founder and principal of the Feldman Law Firm, P.C. is an exceptional strategist and skilled litigator with a proven track record of success. In the 19 years he has been in practice, Mr. Feldman has handled and tried a wide variety of cases before federal and state courts and arbitration panels. Mr. Feldman believes that his skills as a trial lawyer translate to success in a broad range of cases, and therefore he does not limit the kinds of cases he accepts or handles to one particular area of trial practice. Mr. Feldman has successfully handled and tried cases involving complex commercial and personal injury disputes, including partnership disputes, business litigation, medical malpractice claims, arbitrations, insurance disputes, construction litigation and employment disputes. He also represents a small number of publicly traded companies in various types of civil litigation.
Mr. Feldman received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, from Duke University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law in 1991. While at the University of Texas, he was Managing Editor of the Texas Law Review, Volume 69, 1991. In 1991-1992 he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph T. Sneed, Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeal.
Later in 1992, Mr. Feldman began his practice at a prominent Houston firm as an associate, focusing mostly on commercial litigation and representing large companies on both sides of the docket. In 1996 he started his own practice, The Feldman Law Firm. P.C., and has been heading the firm's efforts for the past 15 years. Mr. Feldman strives to handle each case efficiently, effectively, and ethically. His skill, dedication and compassion for his cases are the reasons many attorneys seek his assistance as the lead trial lawyer for their most difficult cases.
Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice law before the Texas Supreme Court, all Texas Federal Courts, all State Courts, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a long-time member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and has been named a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Mr. Feldman is married and has three children. When he is not trying cases, or spending time with his wife and family, Mr. Feldman enjoys running, swimming, fishing, and especially hunting with his bird dog, "Leo."
